The SHHS Girls Swim team opened the season with a 96-61 loss to the Cousino Patriots. The girls swam well in their first meet, led by Emily Arcienega, who won the 100 Breaststroke, overcame at least a 15yard deficit in the 200 free relay to win it as the anchor, and earned her best time in the 50 freestyle. Other great swims were turned in by Isabelle Gonzales, Maddy Tatham and Gabby Magntangob. Great first meet ladies!
